Fun Facts About the T-Rex

animated-dinosaur-image-0010The T-Rex was a theropod. This means it had hollow bones and three-toed limbs.

Tyrannosaurus Rex was one of the largest of all the dinos. It measured up to 43 feet long and weighed about 7.5 tons!

T-Rex was a biped. This means it walked and ran on two legs.

Although this dinosaur had tiny front arms, they were still strong enough to hold onto its prey.

Skulls of this dino have been unearthed. They have measured five feet long!

This mighty beast liked to dine on all things meat, including other smaller dinosaurs.

Scientists believe that the T-Rex probably had a lifespan of about 30 years. They also think their babies may have been covered in feathers.

The T-Rex was one amazing dino!
